Joel Embiid opened the NBA door in 2014 when Philadelphia 76ers picked him in NBA draft with the third number. The difficult start of the career did not stop  - now he is one of the dominant players in his position on the league.

Since the beginning of his career, he has represented the adidas company, but before this season there was a wave of interest and gossip - a basketball player on the NBA media day and in China during the preaseason games was spotted with Under Armour shoes. The guesses are over - Joel Embiid officially joins the Under Armour family.

The long-term contract with the American company made him the highest-paid center in the league. While Under Armour basketball market can not compete with Nike and Adidas, adding one of the biggest stars in the league will certainly strengthen their positions.
